David Koonce is the owner and primary attorney at Traffic Counsel.
Mr. Koonce graduated from Boston College Law School in 2010. Mr. Koonce has a Bachelors in Chemistry (2006) from the University of Missouri as well as a Bachelors and Masters in Accountancy (2007).
Traffic Counsel is a Missouri Traffic Law firm based out of St. Louis. The firm is run by Attorney David Koonce, who started the firm in 2013.
In addition to being a licensed attorney in the state of Missouri, David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). His informal slogan is ‘Taxes & Tickets”.
Mr. Koonce enjoys triathlons, cooking (especially barbecue) and writing in the third person.
Shiva has been a part of the Traffic Counsel LLC team since 2016. He supports the team with solid and reliable assistance, including court filings, legal research, managing calendars, preparing documents, and maintaining databases, among other duties.
Shiva is also an enthusiastic traveler and involves himself in Philanthropy in his spare time.
Thera is an assistant to the Attorney and does client support and paralegal works at Traffic Counsel.
Ms. Perez is about to graduate from University of the Visayas Law School and has a Bachelors in Political Science (2013) from the University of San Jose-Recoletos. She has experience in business administration, customer service, sales, e-commerce, training, and writing. She enjoys organising community service programs, and hosting events, especially music.
Ms. Perez enjoys reading, writing poems, playing and teaching soccer, cooking, blogging, travelling, adventures, and serving the community.
Has over 16 years experience as a marketer. She has experience in digital marketing strategy, client relations, strategic planning, execution and promotions.
Bryan has been a dedicated and committed legal assistant since 2019 learning the state’s traffic law while building up relationship with our clients.
He has a vast experience in a customer service environment and office administration.
He has passion also into teaching, coaching and creating new processes and improvements within the organization. He loves to travel to different places and meet new people.
He enjoys immersing and learning different cultures, history and food.
Johan supports Traffic Counsel LLC through handling client calls and calling the courts and prosecutors.
Passing the FINRA Series 6 examinations last December 2013, Johan has extensive experience in both the legal and financial niches. He also has credits for his Master’s Degree in Law and Social Studies, which he utilizes for clients as well as educational content.
Navkiran is a prolific legal advisor and writer. She takes a keen interest in the legal developments in the State. She tries to inform the people about their legal rights and duties. After graduating from Law School in 2015 she has started associating with Traffic Counsel LLC and gained firsthand experience in this field.
